SCHÄUMBARE STABILISIERTE WÄSSRIGE SUSPENSION ZUR HERSTELLUNG ANORGANISCH-ORGANISCHER HYBRIDSCHÄUME
Eine schäumbare stabilisierte wässrige Suspension zur Herstellung anorganisch-organischer Hybridschäume enthält a) einen mittels eines Abbinde-Inhibitors inhibierten Aluminatzement, b) einen organischen Binder; und c) einen Schaumbildner. Zur Herstellung anorganisch-organischer Hybridschäume wird die schäumbare stabilisierte wässrige Suspension mit einem Härtungsaktivator versetzt, aufgeschäumt und härten lassen. Eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung anorganisch-organischer Hybridschäume weist eine erste Kammer mit der schäumbaren stabilisierten wässrigen Suspension und eine zweite Kammer mit dem Härtungsaktivator auf, wobei wenigstens eine der Kammern außerdem ein Treibmittel enthält. Beim Betätigen einer Aktivierungseinrichtung wird der Inhalt der ersten und zweiten Kammer miteinander in Verbindung gebracht und ein Gemisch aus schäumbarer stabilisierter wässriger Suspension, Härtungsaktivator und Treibmittel durch eine Austrittsöffnung ausgebracht. Die schäumbare stabilisierte wässrigen Suspension eignet sich zum Füllen von Spalten und Hohlräumen, zur Abdichtung, zur thermischen Dämmung, zur akustischen Dämmung, als Klebstoff oder als Beschichtung sowie zur Herstellung vorgefertigter Bauteile, zur Verankerung und/oder Verfestigung, als Membran oder zum Brandschutz.
The invention relates to a stabilized foamable aqueous suspension for producing inorganic-organic hybrid foams, containing a) an aluminate cement which is inhibited by a binding inhibitor, b) an organic binder, and c) a foaming agent. In order to produce inorganic-organic hybrid foams, the stabilized foamable aqueous suspension is mixed with a curing activator, foamed, and allowed to cure. A device for producing inorganic-organic hybrid foams has a first chamber with the stabilized foamable aqueous suspension and a second chamber with the curing activator, and at least one of the chambers additionally contains a propellant. Upon actuating an activation device, the contents of the first and second chamber are brought into connection with one another and a mixture of the stabilized foamable aqueous suspension, the curing activator, and the propellant is discharged through an outlet opening. The stabilized foamable aqueous suspension is suitable for filling gaps and cavities, for sealing purposes, for thermal damping, for acoustic damping, as an adhesive or as a coating and for producing prefabricated components, for anchoring and/or reinforcing purposes, as a membrane or for fire protection.
L'invention concerne une suspension aqueuse stabilisée moussable pour la préparation de mousses hybrides inorganiques-organiques contenant a) au moins un ciment à base d'aluminate inhibé au moyen d'un inhibiteur de prise, b) un liant organique et c) un agent moussant. Pour la préparation de mousses hybrides inorganiques-organiques, cette suspension aqueuse stabilisée moussable est additionnée à un activateur de durcissement, elle est moussée et on la laisse durcir. Un dispositif pour la préparation de mousses hybrides inorganiques-organiques présente une première chambre présentant la suspension aqueuse stabilisée moussable et une deuxième chambre présentant l'activateur de durcissement, au moins une des chambres contenant en outre un agent gonflant. Lors de l'actionnement d'un dispositif d'activation, les contenus de la première et de la deuxième chambre sont rassemblés et un mélange constitué par la suspension aqueuse stabilisée moussable, l'activateur de durcissement et l'agent gonflant est distribué à travers une ouverture de sortie.
