ASSET MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND ASSET MANAGEMENT METHOD
[Problem] To provide an asset management device that can appropriately present, on the basis of priority level, information on pipes requiring a response.[Solution] The asset management device is configured to be provided with an input means 1, an evaluation item setting means 2, a priority level computation means 3, and an output means 4. The input means 1 inputs information on pipes to be analyzed as pipe information. The evaluation item setting means 2 sets an evaluation item on the basis of pipe information common among a plurality of pipes to be analyzed. The priority level computation means 3 computes, with respect to the evaluation item, the priority level corresponding to each pipe to be analyzed. The output means 4 outputs data that compares the computed priority levels between pipes to be analyzed.
