PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asset management system for supporting statistical data processing performed by a person who is not expert.SOLUTION: An asset management system is configured so that, a processing unit 11 executes: an asset classification program 21 for storing classification condition information in which assets are classified based on names and attribute information of the assets, in a classification result table 41; a parameter estimation program 22 for estimating a parameter for performing deterioration prediction for every asset based on the classified classification result information; a limitation condition determination program 23 for storing determination result information determined based on limitation condition information stored in a limitation condition list 35 in a determination result table 43; a document output program 24 for executing the respective programs based on an input instruction, acquiring the estimation parameter, and outputting a document; and a user interface program 25 for reading a standard document in a document template 36, replacing a tag, and outputting the document to which the estimation parameter is applied, to a document table 44.
