A connecting anchor for multilayer concrete slabs includes a slab having a first longitudinal side for arrangement in a first concrete layer and a second longitudinal side for arrangement in a second concrete layer as well as a first transverse side and a second transverse side which each connect the first longitudinal side and the second longitudinal side. The slab has an end section adjacent to the at least one longitudinal side, wherein the slab is bent out of a slab plane of the slab in a first bending direction at a first bending point and is bent in a second bending direction extending in a direction opposite to the first bending direction at a second bending point. The slab has at least two receptacles which are arranged at different distances from the second longitudinal side. A limiting element for limiting the insertion depth of the connecting anchor into the thermal insulation layer is releasably held in one of the at least two receptacles. The multilayer concrete slab includes a first concrete layer, a second concrete layer, a thermal insulation layer disposed between the concrete layers, and at least one connecting anchor.
