ARTIFICIAL CEMENT-BASED ULTRA-HIGH-PERFORMANCE STONE SLAB
A cement-based ultra-high-performance artificial stone plate comprises an ultra-high-performance concrete plate body prepared by taking strong pressure as one of necessary means, and is characterized in that a mesh is embedded in the plate body, a nut is arranged on the mesh, and a screw base of the nut is exposed at the back of the plate body. Basic materials and a formula process which are necessary for ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) are used as basic requirements, and strong vibration, strong pressure and vacuumizing are used as main plate manufacturing methods. The plate prepared by the invention has the remarkable characteristics of ultrahigh strength, high toughness and high durability of ultra-high-performance concrete, and has various performance indexes superior to those of common-strength concrete by multiple times or more, so that the defects of low strength, low density, poor disassembly resistance, poor weather resistance, poor freeze-thaw resistance and the like of the original cement-based plate are completely overcome.
