The invention relates to a high-ductility cement-based artificial stone. The artificial stone is prepared from, by weight, 20.0-25.0 parts of Portland cement, 30-40 parts of quartz sand of 60 to 80 meshes, 20-30 parts of quartz sand of 80 to 120 meshes, 15.0-20.0 parts of industrial waste residue, 8-12 parts of latex powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of pva fiber, 0.5-1.5 parts of glass fiber, 0.01-0.02 part of a defoaming agent, and 7-10 parts of water. The artificial stone has the beneficial effects of good toughness, drop resistance, collision resistance, good appearance quality, no macropore, no color difference, no saltpetering in a common environment, small later shrinkage and difficult deformation of the plate, and by polymer modification and addition of a high doping amount of redispersible latex powder into the material, the toughness of the material is improved, and the material is endowed with a certain degree of deformability; and the artificial stone product has extremely high toughness and is resistant to falling and bumping.
