The management apparatus 200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes the operation log information acquiring unit 2101 configured to acquire, from the excavator 100, at least one of information relating to a state of the excavator 100, information relating to a state of an operator, and information relating to a surrounding environment of the excavator 100; and the point granting unit 2104 configured to perform a process of granting an incentive (points of a predetermined point program) to a user who is predetermined and who is related to the excavator 100, in response to determining that the information acquired by the operation log information acquiring unit 2101 satisfies an evaluation condition that is predetermined.
