An anchor bolt assembly and a ceiling finishing panel fixing device including the same are proposed, including: an anchor body (610) provided with a plurality of pointed protrusions (612a) on an upper surface thereof; an anchor shell (620) provided with open upper and lower sides thereof, extrapolated to a lower side of the anchor body (610), provided with a first incised part (622a) having a "Y" shape at an equal interval along a circumference of the anchor shell (620), and provided with a second incised part (622b) having a "v" shape at an equal interval along a longitudinal direction of the first incised part; a tightening member (630) screwed to the anchor body (610) through a screw thread provided on an inner circumferential surface of the tightening member (630), and provided with a processing part (632) for increasing frictional force along an upper circumference of the tightening member (630).
