IMPROVED ANCHOR BOLT ASSEMBLY AND CEILING FINISH PANEL FASTENER COMPRISING SAME
The present invention relates to an improved anchor bolt assembly and a ceiling finish panel fixing apparatus comprising the same, which are configured to be able to make it easy to engage with and fix on a ceiling slab, to prevent an anchor bolt for fixing from being dislodged by vibration, to prevent an anchor main body from rotating loosely during construction, to reduce the construction time in accordance with a fastening member′s working to fasten or to release, to firmly fix an anchor outer cover on a wall surface after construction, and to prevent a lower side of the anchor main body from shaking. According to the present invention, the anchor bolt assembly is configured by comprising: an anchor main body (610) wherein a large number of sharp-ended bumps (612a) are formed on an upper surface; an anchor outer cover (620) wherein an upper side and a lower side are opened, and which is extrapolated on a lower side of the anchor main body (620), and includes Y-shaped first incision units (622a) formed along a circumference at regular intervals, and V-shaped second incision units (622b) formed in a longitudinal direction of the first incision units at regular intervals; and a fastening member (630) engaged by a screw with the anchor main body (610) through a screw thread arranged on an inner circumferential surface, which has a processing unit (632) arranged along a circumference on an upper end to increase frictional force.
본 발명은 천장 슬래브에의 결합고정이 용이하고 진동에 의해서도 고정용 앵커볼트가 빠지지 않으며, 시공 시 앵커본체가 헛도는 현상이 방지되는 한편, 조임부재의 조임 또는 풀림작용에 따른 시공시간의 단축과 더불어 시공 후 앵커외피가 벽면에 강하게 고정되고, 앵커본체의 하부가 흔들리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 구성된 개선된 앵커볼트 조립체 및 이를 포함하는 천장 마감패널 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 개선된 앵커볼트 조립체는, 상면에 다수의 끝이 뾰족한 돌기(612a)가 구비되는 앵커본체(610); 상·하측이 개방되고 상기 앵커본체(610)의 하측으로 외삽되며, 둘레를 따라 'Y'자형 제 1절개부(622a)가 등간격으로 구비되고, 이 제 1절개부의 길이 방향을 따라 '∨'자형 제 2절개부(622b)가 등간격으로 구비되는 앵커외피(620); 및 내주면에 구비된 나사산을 통해 상기 앵커본체(610)에 나사결합되며, 상단 둘레를 따라 마찰력을 증대시키기 위한 가공부(632)가 구비된 조임부재(630)를 포함하여 이루어진다.
