The positive-electrode active material 110 and the cover layer 111 constitute a covered active material 130; the positive-electrode active material 110 has a pore volume Vα, the covered active material 130 has a pore volume Vβ, the positive-electrode active material 110 has a specific surface area Sα, the covered active material 130 has a specific surface area Sβ, and at least one selected from the group consisting of 0.20 < Vβ/Vα < 0.88 and 0.81 < Sβ/Sα < 0.97 is satisfied.
