The invention relates to a door hinge (10) for pivotally mounting a door leaf (100) in a frame (110), having a first hinge part (20a) for fastening to the frame (110) and a second hinge part (20b) for fastening to the door leaf (100), which are mounted by means of an axle pin (21) such that they can rotate relative to one another, wherein the first hinge part (20a) and/or the second hinge part (20b) has a fastening element (30a, 30b, 30c) which is smooth on the outer side and has a longitudinal axis (l) and which is penetrated by a through opening (31) transverse to the longitudinal axis (l), wherein a thread (32) is arranged in the through opening (31), into which thread a fastening screw (40a, 40b, 40c) engages, and wherein the hinge (10) is designed such that when a fastening screw (40a, 40b, 40c) engages in the through opening (31), the penetration depth (t) of the fastening element (30a, 30b, 30c) can be varied.
