ULTRA-HIGH PERFORMANCE FIBER REINFORCED GROUT
A dry cementitious composition comprising, relative to the total dry weight of the cementitious composition, a) 4 to 80 wt.-% of cementitious binder, preferably Ordinary Portland Cement, b) 5 to 95 wt.-% of aggregates, wherein the aggregates have a grain size in the range of 0.001 mm to 8 mm, c) 0.005 to 5 wt.-% of carbon fibers provided with a sizing, preferably a polymer sizing, and/or in form of carbon fiber reinforced polymer lamellas.A preferred application of the cementitious compositions is grouting of wind turbine towers offshore or onshore. The invention also concerns the use of carbon fibers for the preparation of Ultra-High-Performance Fiber-Reinforced Grout (UHPFRG) or Ultra-High-Performance Fiber-Reinforced Concrete (UHPFRC).
