The present invention relates to hydraulic compositions useful as ultra-high performance concrete and ultra-high performance grouts and comprisinga) 100 mass parts of Portland Cement,b) 20 - 60, preferably 45 - 55, mass parts of at least one pozzolane,c) 30 - 120 mass parts, preferably 50 - 85 mass parts of at least one aggregate, preferably sand, having an average particle size D50 of between 63 µm and 8 mm, preferably between 200 µm and 3 mm,d) 0.01 - 10 mass parts of a cement dispersant, ande) not more than 30 mass parts, preferably 15 - 25 mass parts of water.
