The present invention relates to a lamp of the type using LED technology, which lamps are recessed and commonly used in outdoor illumination, such as in swimming pools, for example, essentially comprising a body or shell (1), a PCB board (3) where the electronic components, electrical connection elements and LED lamps per se formed by the chip and a primary optic are soldered, a secondary optic formed by a lens (4) serving as a cover for the assembly and being in charge of "molding" the light according to installation needs, screws (7) for attaching the PCB board (3) to the shell (1) and rigid connectors (11) attached to the shell (1) for supplying electric power to the assembly.
