Sistema de fijación de traviesas en una vía en placa formada por una placa base, traviesas y una entreplaca elástica interpuesta, donde el cuerpo de traviesa(13) comprende al menos un taladro pasante (12) y la placa base, los correspondientes taladros ciegos (16) en los que se empotra un taco afianzador (17), al que se une un vástago guiador (22) insertable en el taladro pasante (12), mediante los cuales se fija la traviesa a la placa base de forma que no se produce una pretensión adicional a la originada por su colocación sobre la misma, y se permite exclusivamente un cierto movimiento vertical, formando un conjunto desmontable de los elementos fijadores y de las traviesas.
The invention relates to a system for securing sleepers in a ballastless track formed by a base plate, sleepers and an interposed elastic intermediate plate, wherein the sleeper body (13) comprises at least one through-hole (12), and the base plate comprises the corresponding blind holes (16) in which a securing pin (17) is embedded, to which a guide rod (22) that can be inserted in the through-hole (12) is joined, via which the sleeper is secured to the base plate in such away that no additional pretensioning is added to that caused by the positioning of the sleeper thereon, and only a certain amount of vertical movement is permitted, forming a disassemblable assembly of the securing elements and the sleepers.
