Dispositivo para montaje de componentes de aerogenerador y procedimiento de montaje con dicho dispositivo, empleándose el dispositivo para elevar los componentes tales como los tramos (1) de formación de la torre y la nacelle (2) de un aerogenerador, hasta las posiciones de montaje de dichos componentes en la construcción del aerogenerador, comprendiendo el dispositivo una parte inferior (3) y una parte superior (4) acopladas mediante una unión giratoria (5), yendo asociado a la parte inferior (3) un conjunto telescópico (6) provisto con unos medios de amarre para la sujeción sobre los tramos (1) de la parte de torre ya montada del aerogenerador, mientras que a lo largo del conjunto de ambas partes (3) y (4) es desplazable un ascensor (10) que está provisto con otros medios de amarre para sujetar los componentes(1,2) a montar del aerogenerador, para elevar dichos componentes(1,2) a montar del aerogenerador, hasta sus posiciones de montaje, en desplazamientos desde la parte inferior de la torre.
The invention relates to a device for mounting wind turbine components and mounting method using said device, utilising the device to lift the components, such as the segments (1) forming the tower and the nacelle (2) of a wind turbine, to the positions where these components are mounted to the structure of the wind turbine, the device comprising a lower portion (3) and an upper portion (4) coupled by means of a swivel joint (5), the lower portion (3) being associated with a telescopic assembly (6) provided with fastening means for securing to the segments (1) of the already-mounted tower portion of the wind turbine, while a lift (10) is movable along the whole of both portions (3) and (4) provided with other fastening means for securing the components (1, 2) of the wind turbine to be mounted, in order to lift these components (1, 2) of the wind turbine to be mounted to the mounting positions thereof, in movements from the lower portion of the tower.
