The blind arrangement 10 includes at least one blind, at least one cord tube spool holder 12, at least one cord spool tube 14 having a longitudinal opening (16, figure 9) and is adapted to be inserted into the cord tube spool holder. The arrangement also includes at least one cord spool associated with each cord spool tube and is connected to the blinds and connected to the cord spool by means of a cord end connector (20, figure 12). The cord is adapted to be spooled onto a cord spool tube and is adapted to slide and/or move together with the cord end connector along the longitudinal opening as the windings increase. An extrusion is located within each cord spool tube and has a longitudinal groove along which the cord end connector moves. The arrangement includes a motor means 28 having a motor, a stationery shaft 30 and a rotator block 32 located within the extrusion, and a blind track (34, figure 17) adapted to cover the components except the blinds.
