To provide a motorized horizontal blind and a program for electrically adjusting and controlling an angle of a slat.SOLUTION: The motorized horizontal blind of the present invention comprises a control device 19 for independently adjusting and controlling the angle of each slat 4 divided by an upper slat region 4B and a lower slat region 4A by electric power. The control device 19 for realizing the angle adjustment and the program thereof, when they perform control so that the upper slat area 4B is in the light collecting state and the lower slat area 4A is in the light shielding state, perform control so that only the lower slat region 4A is in the light shielding state, after both slats 4 in the upper slat region 4B and the lower slat region 4A are brought into the light collecting state. 【課題】スラットを電動で角度調整制御を行う電動横型ブラインド及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の電動横型ブラインドは、上部スラット領域４Ｂと下部スラット領域４Ａで区分された各スラット４を独立して電動により角度調整制御する制御装置１９を備える。この角度調整制御を実現する制御装置１９及びそのプログラムは、上部スラット領域４Ｂを採光状態とし下部スラット領域４Ａを遮光状態とするよう制御するときは、上部スラット領域４Ｂと下部スラット領域４Ａの双方のスラット４を採光状態とした後、下部スラット領域４Ａのみを遮蔽状態とするよう制御し、上部スラット領域４Ｂの各スラット４を遮光状態とし下部スラット領域４Ａの各スラット４を採光状態とするよう制御するときは、上部スラット領域４Ｂと下部スラット領域４Ａの双方のスラット４を遮光状態とした後、下部スラット領域４Ａのみを採光状態とするよう制御する。【選択図】図１
