A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
An energy-saving solar panel that completely removes the traditional solar panel grid structure. Disposing cylinders of a certain thickness by means such as direct forming or welding at positions of screw holes, and simultaneously disposing frames at the perimeter of different layers of panel material, so as to fix the distances between and relative positions of different layers of panel material. The present method allows the distances between different layers of panel material to be controlled as desired, and the number of layers of the panel material can be increased as desired, thereby achieving desired thermal insulation performance. In addition, the grid structure between the panel material is completely removed, achieving a degree of transparency equivalent to a glass curtain wall.
