Improvements in or relating to sash members
The member 12 comprises an elongate plastic sash body 14 having a unitary cross-sectional profile 16 including a first retention portion 18 to selectively retain an interior bead member 20, the interior bead member defining a first abutment formation 22 against which, in use, an interior glazing face 26 of a corresponding glazing panel 28 abuts, the panel is located in a desired depth wise position relative to the unitary cross section profile. The profile also includes a second retention portion 32 to selectively retain an exterior bead member 34 having a glazing panel retention portion 36 that defines a second abutment formation 38. An exterior glazing face 42 of the glazing panel abuts against the second formation when in use. The second retention portion also includes first 44A and second 46A coupling formations to cooperate, in use, with corresponding first 44B and second 46B coupling formations of the exterior bead member to selectively retain the said exterior bead member. One of the coupling formations of the second retention portion being resiliently deformable to selectively permit separation of the exterior bead member from the unitary cross-sectional profile.
