Pipe connector
A soil pipe 10 connector 30 with a socket portion 33 and a guide portion 31 which has an angled surface. The angled surface may have a mouth which has a greater diameter than the socket portion; the connector may have a sealing component which may be a heating coil 39b. The connector may also have a tail section with a shoulder feature 36. The socket portion may a have recess which may be annular for the seal 39a. A kit of parts containing the connector and a pipe extender 20 is claimed as is method for connecting soil pipes. The method may consist of using the kit of parts or using two pre-plumbed units which are connected in a stack and installed in building.
