The present invention relates to a sewer pipe connector to closely adhere to a sewer pipe made of a corrugated pipe, thereby greatly improving the water tightness and providing easy installation and firm connection. The structure of the present invention comprises: a connector main body (10) which has a sleeve (11) fitted into a through hole (2) of a main sewer pipe (1) with a helical projection continuously formed in a spiral shape along the outer circumference thereof, a fitting hole (13) formed to receive a connection sewer pipe (3) therein, and a flange (12) expanded to the outside; a fixing unit (20) which has an assembly hole (21) penetrating therethrough and fitted to the outside of the connector main body (10) and allows a bolt (24) to penetrate through holes (23) perforated on the circumference thereof to be fastened and fixed to the main sewer pipe (1); and a sealing pad (30) which is made a soft rubber material, has a wrinkle concave and convex portion (31) formed in a bottom surface thereof in a size and shape corresponding to the wrinkle shape formed around the main sewer pipe, is in contact with the circumference of the through hole (2) of the main sewer pipe (1) in a state where the center thereof is penetrated, and is pressed and fixed between the flanges (12).
본 발명은 하수관 연결구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 주름관으로 된 하수관에 긴밀하게 밀착되도록 하여 수밀성을 크게 향상시키고, 시공이 간편하면서도 견고하게 관접속이 이루어질 수 있도록 발명된 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 나선돌기가 외경 둘레를 따라 나선형으로 연속 성형되는 주하수관(1)의 관통홀(2) 내부로 슬리브(11)가 끼워 접속되며, 연결 하수관(3)이 내부로 수용되도록 끼움홀(13)이 성형되고, 외측으로 프랜지(12)가 확장 성형되는 연결구 본체(10)와, 이 연결구 본체(10)의 외측으로 끼워지도록 조립구멍(21)이 관통되고, 둘레에 뚫어지는 구멍(23)들을 통해 볼트(24)가 관통되어 주하수관(1)에 체결 고정되도록 하는 고정구(20)와, 연질의 고무재로 저면부에 상기 주하수관(1)의 둘레에 형성된 주름형상과 대응되는 크기와 형상으로 주름요철(31)이 형성되며 중앙이 관통된 상태로 상기 주하수관(1)의 관통홀(2) 둘레에 접촉되어 프랜지(12) 사이에서 압착 고정되는 씰링패드(30)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
