The mounting seat , for a water-mixing valve core, includes a first water inlet channel 31, a second water inlet channel 32, a water-mixing valve core cavity 34, a first waterway switching cavity 5a, a second waterway switching cavity 5b, a first plug 1 and a second plug 2. A first water flows through the first water inlet channel into the first waterway switching cavity and flows to a cold water inlet end or a hot water inlet end of the water-mixing valve core cavity, and a second water flows through the second water inlet channel into the second waterway switching cavity and flows to the cold water inlet end and the hot water inlet end in the water-mixing valve core cavity, the first plug and the second plug can be detachably mounted in the first waterway switching cavity and the second waterway switching cavity, thereby changing the waterways of water flowing from the first waterway switching cavity and the second waterway switching cavity into the water-mixing valve core cavity. Also claimed is a water mixing valve with a valve core and the mounting seat.
