HOT WATER/WATER MIXING VALVE DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water/water mixing valve device capable of suppressing increase of flow velocity of passing water in a water flow passage of a fixed valve body, and capable of effectively suppressing generation of abnormal noise caused by disturbed water flow, in a state just before a movable valve body closing the water flow passage of the fixed valve body from a state of opening.SOLUTION: A hot water/water mixing valve device 1 includes: a fixed valve body 12 in which a hot water flow passage 12a, a water flow passage 12b and a hot water/water mixing passage 12c are formed; a movable valve body 10 for opening/closing the hot water flow passage and the water flow passage of the fixed valve body by sliding with respect to the fixed valve body; and an operation unit 20 for switching water discharge and water stop by opening/closing the movable valve body and operating temperature adjustment of hot water/water passing through the hot water/water mixing passage by moving the movable valve body with respect to the fixed valve body. In the water flow passage of the fixed valve body, a step part 28 is formed stepwise so as to change a flow passage cross section area, and the step part includes flow velocity increase suppression means 32 for suppressing increase of the flow velocity of the water passing through.
【課題】可動弁体が固定弁体の通水路を開放している状態から閉止する間際の状態において、固定弁体の通水路内の通水の流速が上昇することを抑制し、乱れた水流による異音の発生を効果的に抑制することができる湯水混合バルブ装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の湯水混合バルブ装置１は、通湯路１２ａ、通水路１２ｂ及び湯水混合路１２ｃが形成された固定弁体１２と、この固定弁体に対して摺動することにより固定弁体の通湯路及び通水路を開閉する可動弁体１０と、可動弁体を固定弁体に対して移動させることにより、可動弁体を開閉させて吐水と止水の切り替えや湯水混合路を通過する湯水の温度調節を操作する操作部２０と、を有し、固定弁体の通水路には、その流路断面積を変化させるように段状に段差部２８が形成され、この段差部は、通過する水の流速の上昇を抑制する流速上昇抑制手段３２を備えている。【選択図】図９
