Engineering method for settlement reinforcement and lifting of residential building foundation
Disclosed in the present invention is an engineering method for settlement reinforcement and lifting of a residential building foundation, comprising stratum structure exploration, curtain reinforcement, shallow layer reinforcement, deep layer reinforcement, intermediate layer stable lifting, and composite foundation reinforcement of a supporting body. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: an advancing-type layered reinforcement process is used for the shallow layer reinforcement, so that the foundation is stabilized and a settlement rate is reduced. The shallow layer reinforcement is aimed at functioning as a buffer zone during a lifting operation, and the lifting stress is more uniform; after the lifting height of a building reaches a requirement, grout supplementation and reinforcement are performed on the foundation below the full-plane foundation bottom plate of the building to form an integral raft-shaped composite foundation reinforcing body, so that a building foundation satisfies a settlement stabilization requirement and realizes a deviation correction purpose; and composite foundation supporting bodies similar to pile foundations are applied at the four corners of the building and below indoor main bearing walls, and a structural body for supporting an upper load is formed by means of repeated retreating and advancing grouting. After the reinforcement of the building foundation is completed, the building foundation realizes the settlement stabilization requirement and realizes the deviation correction purpose.
