COLUMN CONSTRUCTION APPARATUS, COLUMN REPLACING CONSTRUCTION METHOD, AND FILLER FOR CONSTRUCTION COLUMN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column construction apparatus and a column replacing construction method, which enable construction of a column with stable quality irrespective of soil texture without mixing of excavated soil, and a filler for a construction column.SOLUTION: A column construction apparatus includes: a construction machine body; a cylindrical rod 17 that is erected on a ground surface by the construction machine body and rotated on an axis line; a disc-like bit base plate 21 that is coaxially mounted on the side of one end in a direction along an axis line 45 of the rod 17; three excavation blades 23 which are protrusively provided at regular intervals in a circumferential direction centering on the axis line 45 on a lower end surface, on the other side of the rod 17, of the bit base plate 21, which have one of two orthogonal side parts 53 arranged along the axis line 45, and which each assume a right-angled triangle shape; and three excavation claws 25 which are fixed to inclined side parts 55 of the excavation blades 23, respectively, and which are fixed at different distances from the axis line 45 and at different distances from the lower end surface.
【課題】土質を選ばず、掘削土が混入しない安定した品質のコラムを築造できるコラム築造装置及びコラム置換築造方法並びに築造コラム用充填材を提供する。【解決手段】コラム築造装置において、施工機本体と、施工機本体によって地面に立てられて軸線回りに回転される円筒状のロッド17と、ロッド17の軸線45に沿う方向の一端側に同軸で取り付けられる円板状のビット基板21と、ビット基板21のロッド17と反対側の下端面に軸線45を中心とした円周方向に等間隔で三枚が突設され直交2辺部53の一方が軸線45に沿って配置されるそれぞれが直角三角形状の掘削刃23と、それぞれの掘削刃23の傾斜辺部55に固定され軸線45から異なる距離及び下端面から異なる距離で固定された3つの掘削爪25と、を設けた。【選択図】 図2
