COLUMN CONSTRUCTION APPARATUS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column construction apparatus that can increase earth pressure laterally during excavation and can improve excavation force, and that can construct a column having great vertical bearing force.SOLUTION: The column construction apparatus comprises a rod 17 that includes a tapered rod 47 tapering toward a lower end at a lower half part, and in which a straight part 49 whose diameter is the outer diameter in the upper end of the tapered rod 47 is connected to an upper end to configure an upper half part. The lower end of the rod 17 is provided with excavation blades 23 that are three pieces at substantially regular intervals in a circumferential direction, and each side of which is disposed along an axis line CL and connected to each other, and whose tips are a sharp triangle shape. Also, the lower end of the rod 17 is provided with excavation claws 25 that are fixed slantingly with respect to substantially perpendicular plate surfaces of each of the excavation blades 23 so that its tips point in an excavating direction, and whose tip edges are in positions of matching radial lines from a rotation center and protrude from slanting sides, and that are fixed while distances and heights different from the axis line are changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】掘削時の側方への土圧を増加させることができるとともに、掘削力を向上させることができ、しかも、鉛直支持力の大きいコラムを築造できるコラム築造装置を提供する。【解決手段】下端に向かって細くなるテーパーロッド47を下半部に具備し、テーパーロッド47の上端における外径を直径とするストレート部49が上端に接続され上半部を構成するロッド17であって、ロッド17の下端には、円周方向に略等間隔で三枚とされ一辺が軸線CLに沿って配置されて互いに接合され、先端を鋭角の三角形状とした掘削刃23と、各掘削刃23のそれぞれの略垂直な板面に対し、掘削方向に先端が向かうように傾斜して固定されるとともに、先端縁部が回転中心からの放射線上に重なる位置とされ、かつ、先端縁部が傾斜辺部から突出し、軸線から異なる距離及び高さを変えて固定される掘削爪25とを具備する。【選択図】図1
