PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room unit that can decrease transportation cost by reducing a space required at the time of transportation.SOLUTION: A room unit includes a unit body that has an internal space capable of accommodating a user, and door bodies 19, 23 each of which opens and closes a doorway of the unit body. The unit body includes an upper body 10U and a lower body 10L that are vertically separated from each other. The door bodies 19, 23 include upper door bodies 19U, 23U and lower door bodies 19L, 23L that are vertically separated from each other. A lower end of a wall of the upper body 10U and an upper end of a wall of the lower body 10L are separably connected to each other to be integrated with each other, and lower ends of the upper door bodies 19U, 23U and upper ends of the lower door bodies 19L, 23L are separably connected to each other to be integrated with each other.
