UNIT ROOM
To provide a unit room capable of obtaining sufficient daylighting at a low cost and also obtaining a soundproofing effect.SOLUTION: The unit room comprises a unit room body and a doorway and ventilation means provided in the unit room body. The unit room body forms a room-like internal space including a side wall portion having soundproofing properties, a roof portion connected to the upper end portion of the side wall portion, and a support portion that is connected to the lower end portion of the side wall portion. At least one of the roof portion and the side wall portion has a lighting function to bring the light from the outside into the internal space. In addition, the side wall portion is provided such that at least one of the inner wall surfaces thereof is tilted inward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 低コストで十分な採光を得ることができ、かつ、防音効果も得られるユニットルームを提供すること。【解決手段】ユニットルーム本体と、ユニットルーム本体に設けられた出入口及び換気手段とで構成され、ユニットルーム本体は、防音性を有する側壁部と、この側壁部の上端部に接続する屋根部と、側壁部の下端部に接続する支持部とで部屋状の内部空間を形成し、少なくとも屋根部又は側壁部のいずれかは、外部からの光を内部空間に取り入れる採光性機能を有し、また側壁部はその内壁面のうち少なくとも１つの面が内側に倒れ込むように傾斜して設けられているユニットルーム。【選択図】 図１
