THERMO EXPANDABLE JOINT MATERIAL FOR OUTSIDE WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermo expandable joint material for an outside wall which is excellent in fire resistance and water resistance, being easy to be handled.SOLUTION: A thermo expandable joint material 10 for an outside wall includes a first thermo expandable joint material portion 12 which is almost cylindrical, and a second thermo expandable joint material portion 14 which is almost cylindrical and is connected to the first thermo expandable joint material portion 10. A thermo expandable fire resistant resin composition constituting the first and second thermo expandable joint material portions 12, 14 for the outside wall contains a resin component 100 wt. part, consisting of at least one selected from a group of EPDM, polybutene, and polybutadiene, thermo expandable graphite 5-200 wt. part, a boron-contained compound 20-200 wt. part, an antimony-containing compound 10-70 wt. part, and a vulcanizer 0.1-10 wt. part.
【課題】耐火性、耐水性に優れ、取り扱い易い外壁用熱膨張性目地材を提供する。【解決手段】外壁用熱膨張性目地材10は、略円柱の第1の熱膨張性目地材部分12と、第1の熱膨張性目地材部分10と結合した略円柱の第2の熱膨張性目地材部分14とを備える。第1及び第2の外壁用熱膨張性目地材部分12,14を構成する熱膨張性耐火樹脂組成物は、EPDM、ポリブテンおよびポリブタジエンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つからなる樹脂成分100重量部、熱膨張性黒鉛5〜200重量部、ホウ素含有化合物20〜200重量部、アンチモン含有化合物10〜70重量部、および加硫剤0.1〜10重量部を含有する。【選択図】図1
