STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE FOUNDATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe sheet pile foundation method that enables steel pipes to be connected together efficiently and quickly, even when upper and lower steel pipes are connected together by a steel pipe joint.SOLUTION: A steel pipe sheet pile foundation method is configured as follows: steel pipe sheet pile main pipes are installed together in a connected state which are built up while fitting a sheet pile joint j of a later steel pipe sheet pile main pipe into a sheet pile joint j of a precedent steel pipe sheet pile main pipe; two or more steel pipe sheet pile main pipes are continuously arranged to become an annual configuration sequentially; and finally, a closing steel pipe sheet pile main pipe P2 is installed and an annular steel pipe sheet pile foundation profile is formed. The closing steel pipe sheet pile main pipe P2 is constituted of two or more steel pipes 2 continuously arranged longitudinally, and is sequentially installed by a method to be built up while connecting a steel pipe joint 3 provided in a lower end of a next steel pipe 2 into a steel pipe joint 3 provided in an upper end of a precedently-built steel pipe 2. When the steel pipe joint 3 provided on an upper end of the precedently-built steel pipe 2 is deformed in a radial direction, the deformation of the steel pipe joint 3 is corrected before connection.
【課題】上下の鋼管どうしを鋼管継手で連結する場合であっても、鋼管どうしを迅速に効率よく連結できるようにする。【解決手段】先行の鋼管矢板本管の矢板継手jに、後の鋼管矢板本管の矢板継手jを嵌め合わせながら建て込んで鋼管矢板本管どうしを連結状態に設置し、順次、複数の鋼管矢板本管を環状配置となるように連設し、最後に閉合用の鋼管矢板本管P2を設置して環状の鋼管矢板基礎外郭を形成する鋼管矢板基礎工法であって、閉合用の鋼管矢板本管P2は、縦に連設する複数の鋼管2で構成すると共に、先行して建て込まれた鋼管2の上端部に設けられた鋼管継手3に、次の鋼管2の下端部に設けられた鋼管継手3を連結しながら、順次、建て込む方法で設置し、先行して建て込まれた鋼管2の上端部に設けられた鋼管継手3が、径方向に変形している場合、連結前に、その鋼管継手3の変形を矯正する。【選択図】図2
