CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE WELL OCEAN FOUNDATION AND STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE WELL OCEAN FOUNDATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of steel pipe sheet pile well ocean foundation and a steel pipe sheet pile well ocean foundation that can be constructed with a simplified facility and can reduce material cost and construction cost compared to a mono-pile foundation having a large diameter.SOLUTION: A partition plate 65 and a reinforcing bar cage 31 are installed in an interior 69 of a steel pipe sheet pile well 3 and concrete 33 is cast, after the steel pipe sheet pile well 3 is driven into a water bottom 43, mortar 41 is filled in a joint portion 17 between steel pipes 11, and water in an interior 69 of the steel pipe sheet pile well 3 is discharged. Next, an intermediate joint portion 5 is hung down on the steel pipe sheet pile well 3 and a lower portion of each steel pipe 11 constituting a leg portion 7 of the intermediate joint portion 5 is inserted into an upper portion of each steel pipe 9 constituting the steel pipe sheet pile well 3. Thereafter, grout 27 is injected into a gap 77 between an inner peripheral surface 19 of each steel pipe 9 constituting the steel pipe sheet pile well 3 and an outer peripheral surface 25 of each steel pipe 11 constituting the leg portion 7 of the intermediate joint portion 5, and the steel pipe sheet pile well 3 and the intermediate joint portion 5 are fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】大口径のモノパイル基礎と比較して、簡略化した設備で構築可能であり、材料費や施工費を削減することができる鋼管矢板井筒洋上基礎の構築方法および鋼管矢板井筒洋上基礎を提供すること。【解決手段】鋼管矢板井筒3を水底43に打ち込んで鋼管11同士の継手部17にモルタル41を充填し、鋼管矢板井筒3の内部69の水を排出した後、鋼管矢板井筒3の内部69に仕切り板65と鉄筋かご31を設置し、コンクリート33を打設する。次に、鋼管矢板井筒3上に中間接合部5を吊り降ろし、鋼管矢板井筒3を構成する各鋼管9の上部に、中間接合部5の脚部7を構成する各鋼管11の下部を差し込む。その後、鋼管矢板井筒3を構成する各鋼管9の内周面19と、中間接合部5の脚部7を構成する各鋼管11の外周面25との間の空隙77にグラウト27を注入して、鋼管矢板井筒3と中間接合部5とを固定する。【選択図】図2
