JOINT STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE PRECAST FLOOR SLAB FOR BRIDGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a concrete precast floor slab for a bridge for further improving durability and water cutoff performance of a joint part, by restraining damage caused by a flexure-load in a connection part of the concrete precast floor slab for the bridge, by easily connecting and replacing the concrete precast floor slab for the bridge.SOLUTION: A joint structure of a PPC slab 1 for the bridge comprises a C-shaped joint metal fitting 2 installed in a side end part 1a in the bridge axial direction L and fitted to an H-shaped joint metal fitting, a recessed part 3 recessed on a side end surface 1s in the bridge axial direction L and a reinforcement member 4 for installing a base end part on an inner surface of the recessed part 3 and projecting a tip part in the bridge axial direction L from the inner surface of the recessed part 3, and when connecting the mutual adjacent PPC slabs 1 and 1 for the bridge, a joint space is formed by mutually opposing the mutual recessed parts 3 respectively formed on the PPC slabs 1 and 1 for the bridge, and a grout material is filled in a state of burying a tip part of the reinforcement member 4 in the joint space.
【課題】橋梁用コンクリートプレキャスト床版の連結や取替を簡便に実現し、橋梁用コンクリートプレキャスト床版の連結部分での曲げ・荷重等に起因した破損を抑制し、さらに、目地部の耐久性及び止水性を向上させた橋梁用コンクリートプレキャスト床版の目地構造を提供する。【解決手段】橋軸方向Lの側端部1aに取り付けられてH型継手金具に嵌合されるC型継手金具2と、橋軸方向Lの側端面1sに凹設される凹部3と、凹部3内面に基端部を取り付けられると共に凹部3内面から先端部を橋軸方向Lに突出した補強部材4と、を備え、隣り合う橋梁用PPC版1、1同士を連結する際に、橋梁用PPC版1、1に夫々形成された凹部3同士を互いに対面させて目地空間を形成し、前記目地空間内に補強部材4の先端部分を埋没した状態でグラウト材を充填する橋梁用PPC版1の目地構造。【選択図】図1
