JOINT SEALING MATERIAL FOR CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint sealing material for construction capable of stabilizing installed state and improving usability.SOLUTION: A joint sealing material for construction 11 is formed by pressing a piece of steel plate into shapes. The joint sealing material for construction 11 comprises: a flat part 21 for maintaining a joint spacing that is not illustrated; a leg 27 consisting of a first leg 28, which extends inward at right angle from an edge of the flat part 21 and whose tip contacts with an unillustrated flat part, and a second leg 29 that is folded and extends outward from the tip of the first leg 28; a support part 24 extending at right angle toward a direction opposite to a direction of the flat part 21 from outward edge of the second leg 29 of the leg 27; a folded part 31 extending inward at right angle from the other edge of the flat part 21 and having length Hshorter than a length Hof the first leg 28 of the leg 27; and a tape 22 attached to an exterior surface of the flat part 21. Thus inward deflection of the flat part 21 and the support part 24 is prevented, resulting in stabilization of installed state of the joint sealing material for construction 11.
【課題】 取付状態が安定すると共に、使い勝手が向上する建築用目地材を提供する。【解決手段】 建築用目地材11は、1枚の鋼板をプレス成形することによって形成され、図示しない目地の間隔を保持する平坦部21と、平坦部21の端部から内方側に向かって直角に延び、その先端が図示しない平坦面に当接する第1脚部28及び第1脚部28の先端部から外方側に向かって折り返されて延びる第2脚部29からなる脚部27と、脚部27の第2脚部29の外方側端部から平坦部21のある方向とは反対方向に向かって直角に延びる支持部24と、平坦部21の他方端部から内方側に向かって直角に延び、その長さH3は脚部27の第1脚部28の長さH1よりも小さい折曲げ部31と、平坦部21の外面に貼り付けられたテープ22とから構成される。これにより、取付時の平坦部21や支持部24の内方への撓みが防止されるため、建築用目地材11の取付状態が安定する。【選択図】 図3
