SEALING MATERIAL COMPOSITION, SEALING JOINT STRUCTURE, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SEALING JOINT STRUCTURE
To provide: a sealing material composition excellent in fatigue resistance, durability, and dynamic weather resistance and having low modulus and high elongation; a sealing joint structure having the sealing material composition filled and cured into a joint; and a construction method of a sealing joint structure.SOLUTION: The sealing material composition comprises an ordinary temperature-curable resin such as an isocyanate group-containing resin, a crosslinkable (hydrolyzable) silyl group-containing resin or the like, and conforms to a classification CR70 of fatigue resistance in fatigue resistance test by testing methods of sealants for sealing and glazing in buildings in accordance with JIS A 1439:2016. The sealing joint structure having the sealing material composition filled and cured into a joint and the construction method of the sealing joint structure are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐疲労性、耐久性、動的耐候性に優れ、低モジュラスで高伸びのシーリング材組成物、および該シーリング材組成物を目地に充填し硬化させたシーリング目地構造、シーリング目地構造の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】シーリング材組成物は、イソシアネート基含有樹脂、架橋性(加水分解性)シリル基含有樹脂などの常温硬化性樹脂を含有し、JIS A 1439:2016建築用シーリング材の試験方法の耐疲労性試験において、耐疲労性の区分CR70に適合することを特徴とする。また、該シーリング材組成物を目地に充填し硬化させたシーリング目地構造、およびシーリング目地構造の施工方法である。【選択図】図1
