FLOAT TYPE BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float type building capable of being floated vertically upward by buoyancy without execution of work associated with flotation of a float part when a tsunami is generated by an earthquake.SOLUTION: A float type building includes: a floor slab that is constructed on a ground surface and in which a through-hole is provided in a proper location; float parts that are installed with clearances among them on the floor slab and that can float on a water surface; a building that is constructed on the upper side of the float part; an outer guide member that is provided on the lower side of the though-hole and that is buried at least in the ground; and an inner guide member that is connected to the lower side of the float part and that is inserted through the outer guide member.
【課題】地震による津波発生時にフロート部の浮上に関する作業を行うことなく、浮力により鉛直上方へと浮上させることができるフロート式建築物を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】地表面上に構築され、適宜箇所に貫通孔が設けられる床版と、床版に間隙を有して設置され、水面上に浮遊することが可能なフロート部と、前記フロート部の上方側に建造される建築物と、前記貫通孔の下方側であって、少なくとも地中に埋没される外ガイド部材と、前記フロート部の下方側に連結されると共に、前記外ガイド部材に挿通される内ガイド部材と、を備える。【選択図】 図2
