PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence capable of reducing storage space and cost since different skirt units can be replaceably installed to a common float unit by making the float unit and the skirt unit attachable/detachable.SOLUTION: A fence 10 used on-water or underwater includes a float unit 11, and a screen-shaped skirt unit 12 installed to hang under water from the float unit 11.
