PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a masonry reinforcement method, hardly causing a piping phenomenon, by injecting a filler into a split of masonry.SOLUTION: The masonry reinforcement method for injecting the filler into a crack of the masonry, can solve the problem by a method of including an input process of inputting an input material of including a crushed stone, cement, a water permeable agent and an accelerating agent to an agitator, an agitation process of making a kneaded material by agitating the input material, a subdividing process of respectively subdividing the kneaded material by a substantially equal quantity by a screw feeder, a force-feed process of forcedly feeding up to a nozzle injection hole in a hose by blowing out compressed air upon the subdivided kneaded material, a force-feed helping process of helping force-feed by pulling in the kneaded material by making a vacuum state on the force-feed directional side in the dropping point vicinity of the kneaded material, a water adding process of adding water on this side of the nozzle injection hole and a jetting process of jetting the filler composed of the kneaded material and the water from the nozzle injection hole by the compressed air.
【課題】石積みの裂け目等に充填材を注入することによりパイピング現象が発生しにくい石積み補強方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】石積みの亀裂等に充填材を注入する石積み補強方法であって、砕石、セメント、透水剤及び急結剤を含有する投入材を攪拌機に投入する投入工程と、投入材を撹拌し混練物を造る撹拌工程と、混練物をスクリューフィーダーで略等量ずつ小分けする小分け工程と、小分けされた混練物に圧縮空気を吹きかけてホース内をノズル噴出孔まで圧送する圧送工程と、混練物の落下地点近傍で圧送方向側に真空状態をつくり混練物を引き込み圧送を加勢する圧送加勢工程と、ノズル噴出孔の手前で水を添加する水添加工程と、混練物と水とからなる充填材を圧縮空気によりノズル噴出孔から噴出させる噴出工程とを含む方法で課題解決できた。【選択図】 図1
