PREDICTION METHOD OF ANCHOR PULL-OUT STRENGTH AND ANCHOR DRIVING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently predict the pull-out strength of anchors to be driven accompanied by the driving work of the anchors at each anchor, to decide the arrangement of the anchors on the basis of the prediction, and to surely lock, for example, a weed-proof sheet on the soil.SOLUTION: A prediction method of anchor pull-out strength includes: a step S104 for driving anchors by using an electric drill; a step S105 for measuring a current value which is consumed by the electric drill during the driving work of the anchors while making the value correspond to a time necessary for the driving work; and a step S106 for comparing at least either of a time necessary for the finish of the driving after a start of the driving of the anchors, and a cumulative value of the measured current value with a preset reference value, and predicting the pull-out strength of the anchors which are driven into driving positions. The pull-out strength of the anchors is predicted on the basis of the current value and the time necessary for the driving, the anchors are driven at intervals based on the prediction, and a weed-proof sheet is locked to the soil.
【課題】アンカーの打ち込みの作業に伴い、打ち込まれるアンカーの引き抜き強度を、アンカーごとに、効率的に予測できるようにし、その予測に基づいてアンカーの配置を決定し、例えば、防草シートを土壌に確実に係止できるようにする。【解決手段】電動ドリルを用いて、アンカーを打ち込むステップS104と、アンカーの打ち込み作業中の電動ドリルで消費される電流値を、打ち込みに要された時間と対応して計測するステップS105と、アンカーの打ち込み開始から打ち込み終了までに要する時間、および、計測された電流値の累積値の少なくとも一方を、予め定められた基準値と比較し、打ち込み位置に打ち込まれたアンカーの引き抜き強度を予測するステップS106を含み、電流値と打ち込みに要された時間に基づきアンカーの引き抜き強度を予測し、その予測に基づいた間隔でアンカーを打ち込んで防草シートを土壌に係止する。【選択図】図3
