INSTALLATION METHOD OF REINFORCEMENT SILL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method for installing batten cleat-like reinforcement sill serving as the sill of a solar cell module or an outdoor facility on concrete roof, having high waterproofness and durability.SOLUTION: An installation method for installing reinforcement sill comprises the following steps, performed in this order, of: waterproofing an abutting part by providing a reinforcement sill material 11 of long wood serving as a substrate of the reinforcement sill 10 and by sticking waterproof tape 12 or applying a seal material onto a place for placing the reinforcement sill 10 on concrete roof 1; fixing the reinforcement sill material 11 to the concrete roof 1 by spreading a sill waterproofing sheet 13 capable of encapsulating the reinforcement sill material 11 on the position of the abutting part waterproofing step, placing the reinforcement sill material 11 thereon and penetrating a concrete machine screw 14 from the top of the reinforcement sill material 11; sill waterproofing by wholly encapsulating the reinforcement sill material 11 from a lower part to an upper part with the sill waterproofing sheet 13 around the reinforcement sill material 11; and sheet metalling of covering an outdoor exposed part of the sill waterproofing sheet 13 of the reinforcement sill material 11 with thin steel cover plates 16 and 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】 コンクリート屋根に、太陽電池モジュールや屋外設備の土台となる桟木状の補強土台を設置する方法において、防水性、耐久性の高い設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】 補強土台10の基材となる長尺木材の補強土台材11を設け、コンクリート屋根1上の補強土台10を設置する個所に、防水テープ12の貼り付け又はシール材の塗布を行う当接部防水工程と、当接部防水工程の位置上に補強土台材11を被包可能な大きさの土台防水シート13を敷き、その上に補強土台材11を載置し、補強土台材11の上からコンクリートビス14で貫通してコンクリート屋根1へ固定する固定工程と、補強土台材11の周囲の土台防水シート13で補強土台材11を下から上へと全周被包する土台防水工程と、補強土台材11の土台防水シート13の屋外露出部分を薄鋼板のカバー板金16,17で覆う板金工程を順に行う。【選択図】図6
