CONSTRUCTION MACHINE COMPRISING PREHEATING UNIT AND PREHEATING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine comprising a new preheating unit that can efficiently preheat the whole of a circulation path through which fluid flows, and a preheating method thereof.SOLUTION: A circulating path 60A through which fluid is circulated is provided with a bypass path 66, and the bypass path 66 comprises a preheating unit 67 comprising a heater 67a and a bypass pump 67b. According to such a structure, the whole of the circulating path 60A can be efficiently preheated because the fluid can be heated while the fluid is circulated via the bypass path 66 even if the circulation of the fluid is stopped in the circulating path 60A. In addition, excellent versatility can be realized because it can be attached to the existing circulating path 60A afterward.
【課題】流体が流れる循環路全体を効率的に予熱できる新規な予熱ユニットを備えた建設機械およびその予熱方法の提供。【解決手段】流体を循環させる循環路60Aにバイパス路66を設け、このバイパス路66に、ヒーター67aとバイパス用ポンプ67bとからなる予熱ユニット67を備える。このような構成によれば、循環路60Aにおいて流体の循環が停止した状態であってもバイパス路66を介して流体を循環させながらその流体を加熱できるため、その循環路60A全体を効率的に予熱することができる。また、既存の循環路60Aに対して後付けで付設できることから、優れた汎用性を発揮できる。【選択図】図2
