SUPPORT METAL FITTING FOR SOLAR BATTERY PANEL ATTACHMENT FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support metal fitting for a solar battery panel attachment frame that allows the strength to be enhanced to prevent deformation of an erect part by buckling, without changing the thickness.SOLUTION: A metal fitting is formed by bending a thin strip of steel plate, which is long in a longitudinal direction, into a prescribed form, and comprises: a base part 3, a rear end 2b side of which is inserted between adjacent roof tiles T and T1 in a direction Y of the slant of a roof R, and the rear end 2b of which is fixed underneath the rear roof tile T1; an orthogonally raised and bent erect part 4 that sits on an exposed surface Ta of the front roof tile T, in front of the base part 3; and a fixing part 6 provided with fixing means 5 for a solar battery panel attachment frame 1 at a front end 2a bent orthogonally at the top edge of the erect part 4 and positioned at the uppermost part. On the right and left in the width direction on the inner angle side of a raised and bent section 4b between the erect part 4 and the base part 3 and a bent section 4a between the erect part 4 and the fixing part 6 are formed swollen triangular ribs 14 and 15, while a swollen rib 16 of a spherical-crown shape is formed at the center of the erect part 4 in the thickness direction.
【課題】直立部が座屈などの変形をしない強度をその厚みを変更することなく増大させられる様にした太陽電池パネル取付架台の支持金具を提供する。【解決手段】前後に長い帯状の薄肉鋼板を所定形状に屈曲形成したものであって、後端2b側が屋根Rの流れ方向Y前後の屋根瓦T、T1間に挿入され、且つ後方の屋根瓦T1下部に後端2bが固定される基部3と、前方の屋根瓦Tの露出面Ta上に着座する基部3の前方で直角に起曲する直立部4と、該直立部4の上端で直角に屈曲して最上部に位置する前端2aに太陽電池パネル取付架台1の固定手段5を設けた固定部6とから成り、前記直立部4と基部3との起曲部4b、及び直立部4と固定部6との屈曲部4aの各内角側の幅方向左右には、三角リブ14、15を膨出形成し、直立部4中央には球冠状のリブ16を厚み方向に膨出形成する。【選択図】図1
