SUPPORT METAL FITTING FOR SOLAR BATTERY PANEL
To provide a support metal fitting for a solar battery panel capable of exhibiting anti-slipping function toward an eaves side by improving hooking property to the base part of a seam part of right and left claw pieces, and capable of holding the base part of the seam part more firmly.SOLUTION: In a support metal fitting 1 formed of an extruded material, a right side gripping part 4 and a left side gripping part 5 provided with, respectively, a right claw piece 2 and a left claw piece 3 of a line long in the longitudinal direction with tips disposed to face each other, are fastened with a bolt 6 and a nut 7. Thus, the base part of a seam part H rising in parallel in the ridge direction X of a metallic roof R is held between the right and left claw pieces 2, 3, and the support metal fitting is attached to the seam part H and is formed to allow placing of a solar battery panel P. In a state of holding the base part of the seam part H between the right and left claw pieces 2, 3, multiple V-shaped hook-like dents 23 whose tip ends 23a of a contained angle are directed to an eaves side U of the metallic roof R are engraved in the front-back direction of each of tips 2a, 3a of the right and left claw pieces 2, 3 corresponding to the flow direction Y of the metallic roof R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5(c)
【課題】左右爪片のハゼ部の基部に対する引っ掛かりを良好にして軒側への滑り止め機能を発揮させ、ハゼ部の基部をより強固に挟持できる様にした太陽電池パネルの支持金具を提供する。【解決手段】先端が相互に対向配置された前後に長い線条の右爪片2と左爪片3を夫々に設けた右側つかみ部4と左側つかみ部5とをボルト6とナット7で締結することにより、左右爪片2、3間に金属屋根Rの桁行方向Xに平行に立ち上がり形成されたハゼ部Hの基部を挟持する様にして、該ハゼ部Hに取付けられると共に、太陽電池パネルPを載置可能と成した押出形材製の支持金具1において、前記左右爪片2、3間にハゼ部Hの基部を挟持した状態で、金属屋根Rの流れ方向Yに対応する左右爪片2、3の各先端2a、3aの前後方向には、金属屋根Rの軒側Uへ夾角の尖端23aが指向する山鉤状の刻み目23を多数刻設する。【選択図】図5(c)
