INSTALLATION FRAME FOR SOLAR CELL MODULE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation frame for a solar cell module that achieves cost reduction and workability improvement by making a horizontal member, used to decrease the quantity of foundations by being installed at a lower part of the installation frame for a solar cell module, lightweight while maintaining necessary strength.SOLUTION: A horizontal member 7 includes a reinforcement material 8 having: a web 10 which is formed of a steel plate of 1.0-2.5 mm in plate thickness and arranged in a perpendicular direction; an upper flange 11 and a lower flange 12 which extend in the same direction orthogonally to the web 10; a support part 15 which is made of lip channel steel having an upper lip 13 and a lower lip 14 extending in mutually facing directions orthogonally to the upper flange 11 and the lower flange 12, and connects the upper flange 11 and the lower flange 12 at the fixation position of connection metal fittings 6 of the solar cell module and all fixation positions on foundations; and a relief part 16a which avoids interference between the support part 15 and a bolt B and nut N for fastening the connection metal fittings 6 or the foundations.
【課題】太陽電池モジュールの設置架台の下部に設置して基礎の数量を減らす目的で使用される横架材を、必要な強度を維持した上で軽量化し、コスト低減と施工性向上を実現する太陽電池モジュールの設置架台の提供。【解決手段】横架材7が、板厚1.0mm〜2.5mmの鋼板から形成され、鉛直方向に配置されるウェブ10と、ウェブ10に直交して同じ方向に延びる上フランジ11および下フランジ12と、上フランジ11および下フランジ12と直交して互いに向き合う方向に延びる上リップ13および下リップ14とを有するリップ溝形鋼からなり、太陽電池モジュールの接続金具6の固定位置および基礎上の固定位置の全てに、上フランジ11と下フランジ12とを繋げる支持部15と、接続金具6または基礎をボルト締めするボルトBおよびナットNと支持部15との干渉を避ける逃げ部16とを有する補強材8を備える。【選択図】図6
