PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the present invention advantageous on a waterproof-dustproof structure, while increasing a degree of freedom of design of a casing, in a protective device of a cylinder lock for switching an operation regulation mechanism for arranging a shutter plate in the casing having a mechanical key insertion hole so as to be operable between a closing position for closing the mechanical key insertion hole and an opening position and capable of regulating the shutter plate in the closing position, to a regulation release state from a regulation state by a release mechanism.SOLUTION: An operation member 41 capable of press-operating in the parallel direction to the insertion direction of a mechanical key into the mechanical key insertion hole 27, is supported by the casing 28 so as to project one end part from an outer surface of the casing 28 in a state of putting at least the shutter plate 29 in the opening position, and an interlocking driving mechanism 88 for driving the shutter plate 29 in the closing position from the opening position by interlocking with pressing-operation of the operation member 41, is provided between the operation member 41 and the shutter plate 29.
