PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs while reliably preventing corrosion of a joint member 14.SOLUTION: An expansion device 10 for a road bridge includes a pair of joint members 14, a cut-off member 16, and a rubber layer 18. A top plate part 20 of the joint member 14 and a side plate part 22 are integrally formed of a steel material. The cut-off member 16 for preventing rainwater, which intrudes from a gap S during rainfall time and the like, from flowing downward is arranged below the joint member 14. The cut-off member 16 has a pair of bases 1602 positioned at both ends in the width W direction of the cut-off member 16 and each attached to an inner surface 2202 of the corresponding side plate part 22 by vulcanization adhesion. The rubber layer 18 covers the whole area of the inner surface 2202 exposed from the cut-off member 16 and the whole area of an undersurface 2004 of the top plate part 20. The rubber layer 18 vulcanization-adheres to the whole areas in the vulcanization adhesion of the cut-off member 16.
【課題】継手部材14の腐食を確実に防止しつつコスト低減を図る。【解決手段】道路橋用伸縮装置10は、一対の継手部材14と止水部材16とゴム層18を備えている。継手部材14の上板部20と側板部22は鋼材により一体的に形成されている。止水部材16は、降雨時などに隙間Sから侵入する雨水の下方への流下を防止するものであり、継手部材14の下方に配置されている。止水部材16は、一対の基部1602が、止水部材16の幅W方向の両端に位置し、対応する側板部22の内面2202にそれぞれ加硫接着により取着されている。ゴム層18は、止水部材16から露出する内面2202の全域および上板部20の下面2004の全域を被覆するものである。ゴム層18は、止水部材16の加硫接着時に、それらの全域に加硫接着されている。【選択図】図2
