SPIRAL STAIRCASE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral staircase of high workability that uses a frameless tread board.SOLUTION: A spiral staircase 10 of the invention provides tensile force to its constituent members by using a wire and makes tread boards bear a part of the reactive force, thereby reducing the weight of the constituent members of the spiral staircase 10 and reducing the diameter and weight of a central rod 12, a hanging rod 22, a connecting rods 28 and 30 and a trunk rod 32 of the spiral staircase 10. Specifically, a tread board 14 is a frameless tread board that directly bears compressive loads with the connecting rods 28 and 30 and the trunk rod 32. This eliminates the need on a tread board frame, thereby reducing the diameter and weight of the constituent members of the spiral staircase. Thus, the highly workable spiral staircase 10 is provided, capable of supporting the frameless tread board 14 stably.
【課題】枠無しの踏板を使用した施工性のよい螺旋階段を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の螺旋階段10は、構成部材に線材を用いて張力を付与して、その反力の一部を踏板が負担することにより、螺旋階段の構成部材の少量化、螺旋階段10の中央ロッド12、吊りロッド22、連結ロッド28,30および幹ロッド32の細径化、軽量化を図る。すなわち、踏板14は、枠を備えていない枠無しの踏板であり、この枠無しの踏板14に、連結ロッド28、30及び幹ロッド32によって圧縮荷重を直接付与する。これにより、踏板の枠が不要となり螺旋階段の構成部材の細径化、軽量化を図ることができる。よって、枠無しの踏板14を安定して支持でき、かつ施工性の容易な螺旋階段10を提供できる。【選択図】図1
