FITTING STRUCTURE FOR CONCRETE FORM SEPARATOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for a concrete form separator that helps curtailing the construction period and reducing the costs, when connecting the concrete form separator with an anchor that are fitted at different locations.SOLUTION: In a fitting structure for a concrete form separator, a plurality of anchors 3 fixed on an earth retaining wall A, and a plurality of concrete form separators 4 that retain a concrete form 1 for a wall body built adjacent to the earth retaining wall A, are fitted to position retaining components 8 installed between the earth retaining wall A and the concrete form 1. The position retaining component 8 is configured by juxtaposing a pair of guiding tubes that extend along the longitudinal direction of the earth retaining wall A, in such a manner to form a fitting groove along the longitudinal direction of the wall, between the facing surfaces of the guiding tubes. Each of the anchors 3 and the concrete form separators 4 is fitted at a prescribed location along the longitudinal direction of the fitting groove.
【課題】取付位置が互いに異なる型枠用セパレータとアンカーとを連結する場合に、工期の短縮や工費の抑制を図り易い型枠用セパレータの取付け構造を提供する。【解決手段】山留壁Ａに固定される複数のアンカー３と、山留壁Ａに隣接状態で構築される壁体を形成するための型枠１を保持する複数の型枠用セパレータ４とが、山留壁Ａと型枠１との間に配設した位置保持部材８に取り付けられ、位置保持部材８が、山留壁Ａの壁長手方向に沿って延びる一対のガイド管を、両ガイド管どうしの対向面間に壁長手方向に沿って延びる取付け溝を形成する状態で並設して構成され、アンカー３および型枠セパレータ４の各々が取付け溝の溝長手方向の所定位置に取付けられている。【選択図】図２
