PROTECTIVE COATING FILM OF FLOOR SURFACE AND FORMATION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover sufficient glossiness, by removing a stain and blacking or abrasion, by executing periodic dry maintenance of about once in one to four months, that is, maintenance dispensing with work such as one using a release agent and a large quantity of water like separation work of a wax coating film, even if a slight stain and the blacking or the abrasion are caused by long-term use, in a protective coating film of a floor surface of high durability for not easily causing the abrasion, while maintaining the glossiness over a comparatively long period.SOLUTION: A protective coating film is constituted of a lower layer 2 applied onto an object floor surface 1 and constituted of elastic paint having a surface hardness of any of F-1H and having a thickness of 10-50 μm and an upper layer 3 applied onto the lower layer 2 and constituted of the same kind of elastic paint having a surface hardness of any of 1H-2H and having a thickness of 4-16 μm.
【課題】比較的長期間にわたって光沢の維持が可能であり、容易に擦り傷等が発生しない耐久性の高い床面の保護皮膜であって、長期の使用によって、若干の汚れや黒ずみ若しくは擦り傷等が発生したとしても、１〜４月に１度程度の定期のドライメンテナンス、すなわち、ワックス皮膜の剥離作業のような剥離剤と多量の水を用いるような作業が不要なメンテナンスを行うことで、前記の汚れや黒ずみ若しくは擦り傷等を除去し、十分な光沢を回復することができるようにすること。【解決手段】対象の床面１上に塗布した、表面硬度がＦ〜１Ｈのいずれかで、１０μｍ〜５０μｍの厚さの弾性塗料で構成した下層２と、下層２の上に塗布した、表面硬度が１Ｈ〜２Ｈのいずれかで、４〜１６μｍの厚さの同種の弾性塗料で構成した上層３とで構成する。【選択図】 図１
