PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material coating film structure, a manufacturing method for the floor material coating film structure, and a reproduction method for a floor material coating film capable of completely removing a region where dirt is accumulated and/or a plurality of flaws are formed in a coating film formed on a floor material, and preventing the surface of the floor material exposed by the peeling of the coating film from being damaged by polishing processing in the case of using a peeling method.SOLUTION: There is provided a floor material coating film structure comprising a floor material and a floor material coating film existing on the surface of the floor material, therein the floor material coating film comprises an under layer existing on the surface of the floor material and a surface layer existing on the surface of the under layer, and the under layer and the surface layer have such a relationship that a mass ratio (Y/X) calculated by a predetermined test method becomes at least 1.2. There is also provided a manufacturing method for the floor material coating film structure and a reproduction method for the floor material coating film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
